Dr. Mary Barros-Bailey (PhD, CRC, NCC, CLCP, ABVE/VE, CVE, CCC) is a multilingual Rehabilitation Counsellor and vocational expert with an impressive track record. Her contributions span national and international organizations, including the Commission on Rehabilitation Counsellor Certification (CRCC), where she served as Chair. Dr. Barros-Bailey's expertise extends to advising the US Social Security Administration and numerous peer-reviewed publications. She's authored over 130 publications, including a book and textbooks, and presently holds the role of a Fulbright Specialist.
