The Speakers

Danielle Murphy

Danielle is a Rehabilitation Counsellor and a Director of Incite Solutions Group established in 2014. She holds more than twenty years of experience in working with clients with complex needs, with specific expertise in working with veterans with mental health conditions. She is adept at providing complex case management, psychoeducation, connecting with treating professionals and guiding veterans and their families through the transition process. She has over eighteen years of training experience, both adults and adolescents in workplaces, classrooms and university.

Robert Ching

Rob is a Rehabilitation Counsellor, Social Worker and Regional Rehabilitation Manager for ADF Rehab Joint Health Unit NSW Department of Defence since 2011. He has lead his team of experienced Rehabilitation Case Managers and subcontracted Rehabilitation Consultants through a number of organisational changes; delivering Rehabilitation Programs to over 1500 ADF Members at any given time. His career started as a new graduate Hospital Social Worker in Bungarribee House – Psychiatric Unit of Blacktown Hospital in 1995, before being introduced into the world of vocational rehabilitation joining CRS Australia Campbelltown in 1999. At CRS Australia, he moved around to Blacktown, Parramatta and Specialist Services Unit (Psychiatric and Brain Injury) leading the team as a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant; working both in the government and commercial markets.
