How to Renew Membership

It is easy to renew online during the month of June each year - just follow these steps:

  1. Launch the Renewal Process
    • If you're not logged in yet, you can login right on the renewal page.
    • Or alternatively you can login to the Members Portal Dashboard where at renewal time you will see a renewal link right at the top of the dashboard.
  2. Follow the instructions to complete renewal steps, and verify compulsory declarations. Without this step we cannot process your membership.
  3. Click Submit, then Complete Order.
  4. Select payment details . If you select credit card the secure payment gateway will open for you to fill out your credit card details.

Due date

The ASORC Constitution stipulates that membership  must be renewed by 31st July, and any members renewing after this date will incur a late payment fee ($55 before 31 Dec, $110 from 1 Jan to 30 Jun of financial year).

Lapsed Members

Lapsed members are required to reapply for membership and are reassessed against the ASORC membership criteria at the time of application. Please be aware that if you let your membership lapse, it is possible that you may be ineligible to re-join ASORC.

It is important that you check the current membership criteria before applying.

If your membership has lapsed, you cannot backpay your membership to when it lapsed.

ASORC reserves the right to amend the membership criteria.

Pro-rata membership fees do not apply to lapsed members who join part way through the membership year.
