What is this webinar about?

Conflict is an unavoidable part of any working environment. The challenge is - how do we best manage it to prevent it from escalating? Unresolved conflict can lead to lost productivity, increased turnover, absenteeism, increased workplace stress and various negative effects on mental health. It is one of the leading causes of claims for work-related mental health conditions.

To deepen your understanding of workplace conflict prevention, mediation and resolution, join us for a webinar with expert facilitator and conflict management specialist, Susan Whillas.

  • The webinar content will include:
  • Understanding the workplace context
  • Legislation relevant to workplace conflict
  • Causes of workplace conflict
  • Frameworks and interventions for the prevention and management of workplace conflict

There will also be an opportunity to have your questions answered at the end of the presentation.
